Retaj hotels & hospitality signs a new contract

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality has signed an agreement to manage a new 4 stars hotel in Doha, the hotel is located in “Rawdat Al Khail” area featuring 84 guest rooms and suites equipped with all the facilities and amenities to ensure the comfort of guests residing in Doha or travelling to Qatar for business or leisure, The Hotel is to be equipped with a restaurant, coffee shop, a meeting room and a Gym.

The signing of the management contract was attended by Dr. Mohammed Bin Johar Al-Mohammad, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Retaj Group, Mr. Nesf Bin Mohamed Al Boenein and Mr. Mohammed Bin Bakhit Al Marri board members of Retaj Group, Mr. Ahmed Al-Hajjaji CEO of Retaj Real Estate and the owner of the hotel Mr. Saad bin Abdullah al-Kubaisi who is also the owner of Rawdat Al Khail real estate company. The signing ceremony took place at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel in Dafna and was attended by Retaj Management team.

During his speech Dr. Johar welcomed all the guests and expressed his happiness for signing the new contract, stressing that this step is the embodiment of Retaj Hotels’ expansion vision at the local, regional and international level. He added that Retaj Hotels has become sought after, especially by families from the Gulf area in particular and the Arab families in general , noting that Retaj Hotels & Hospitality derives its values ​​and identity from the teachings of Islam and maintaining the customs and traditions of the conservative Arab families.

He has also mentioned that Retaj Hotels & Hospitality will continue its expansion plans locally, regionally and globally adopting a modern conservative hospitality concept and will sign new contracts in the near future to manage hotels in a number of countries in the region, pointing out that the company owns hotels in Asia, Africa and Europe. and that since its launch a decade ago Retaj Hotels were able to accomplish great achievements locally, regionally and internationally.

Dr. Johar has stressed that the hospitality sector in Qatar is growing at rates that is considered to be the best in the region, which is an indicator of the continuing demand for hotel services especially under the policy followed by the state to stimulate important tourism sectors, such as sports, cultural, conferences and educational tourism and other luxury tourism sectors and that the local market is very promising due to the support of large development boom within the State of Qatar, as the country is implementing a number of mega projects which will have a clear impact on the hotel sector, pointing out that the overall renaissance enjoyed by the State of Qatar stimulate the hotel sector results and the diversification between business tourism and leisure tourism is boosting the overall tourism sector.
